FAQs

1. Does Luis take 1:1 clients?

Luis no longer accepts 1:1 clients, and only does group work. If you're curious to learn more about the different offerings, you can find more information about the website: https://www.holisticlifenavigation.com/. If you have any questions about them, please let me know!

If you're specifically looking for someone to work with 1:1, I can offer you our HLN Referral List, which is a list of practitioners who HLN has worked with before, many of whom have taken Luis' seven week course and are very familiar with his approach. We also direct people to the Somatic Experiencing International's directory, which is a great resource to find an SEP, and you can filter by location as well as specialty.

2. What are Luis’ credentials?

Luis studied psychology as his major for 2 years, then discontinued to apprentice with holistic healers. He became certified in Nutritional Counseling by the Trinity School of Natural Health. He then went on to study & become certified as a life coach, and in 2015 Luis began studying somatic psychology, becoming trained in advanced level Somatic Experiencing therapy through the SEI. 3. I live in a different timezone / my work schedule won’t allow me to attend live sessions. Will I be missing out if I can only watch replays of the course and/or live groups?

Participants who come to the live classes say they also watch the replays to help them digest the material. So those who join our offerings just by watching the replays don’t miss too much. They get the chance to watch it in a calm, relaxed state because there can actually be some stress that comes along with participating live. Those who watch the replays are still able to be fully engaged via the community forum.

4. What platform do you use for the community forum?

Circle — it is very similar to Mighty Networks. Or if you are familiar with Facebook and Slack, Circle is a nice combination of both of those platforms.

5. When are the HLN breaks?

HLN takes quarterly two week breaks through the year. The 2025 breaks take place in February, June, August, and December.
