A slow container to practice….

The Art of Relating to the Biology of Manhood

Embodiment, intimacy, brotherhood, and somatic healing for men.

Next group begins in 2026.

Healing What Unguided Puberty Left Behind

The experience of male puberty can be traumatic. Especially when no one holds space for you or teaches you how to integrate and relate to this maturing body that’s suddenly being flooded with testosterone and sexuality.

For thousands of years, rites of passage guided boys into manhood, helping them understand their bodies, emotions, and sexual energy.

But many of us grew up without this guidance in the modern world. Instead, we were left with competition, pornography, and strong expectations about how we should be. An experience that leads to confusion, isolation, and shame.

I don’t believe men are toxic. We are nurturing, we are powerful, and we are filled with depth and vulnerability. We have sacred feminine and masculine energies flowing through us at all times.

Unguided puberty, social conditioning, and other male-based traumatic experiences hindered our expression of this beautiful range of being.

Embodying Masculinity

When a group of men gathers with the intention to cultivate intimacy and create a safe space together, something powerful happens. I call this Moon Man Magic.

During these six months, you will learn how to integrate the masculine and feminine energies within you and dissolve defense mechanisms and old ideas of manhood.

This process creates a powerful bond and healing experience that many men haven’t felt with other men before.

If you resonate with…

  • Struggling to fit in with the version of manhood you were taught—looking to explore a more authentic expression of masculinity.

  • Carrying unspoken shame around your body or sexuality: Whether it’s from early exposure to porn or cultural taboos, this shame influences your expectations, connections, and experience of pleasure.

  • Feeling pressure to prove yourself: often striving to show your worth—whether through work, achievements, or being seen in a certain way by others.

  • Struggling to connect deeply with other men - close, platonic intimacy feels unfamiliar or uncomfortable.

  • Wanting to explore your unique forms of self-nurturing, vulnerability, and emotional expression

  • Turning to sex or porn as a way to escape stress or loneliness, and seeking healthier ways to soothe and regulate your emotions.

  • Longing for the support of fellow men who truly see and understand you—men who are on a shared journey of learning and growing together.

…then this container could be a good fit.

Much of what is present in modern day depictions of “manhood” keep us from connecting to the body we actually have.

I call these depictions Cinematic Drag Kings — projected figures of manliness in superhero comics, pop culture misogyny, on your shampoo bottles….

All these archetypes of “men” can be so vastly different from your true nature that they create a real constriction and sense of lack within ourselves.

Brotherhood & Somatics

This isn’t your typical men’s group. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to go deeper.

We’ll work together to soften the wound-based hypermasculine traits that have kept us separate from ourselves and each other.

Through somatic practices, live calls, and ongoing peer support, we’ll create a space where you can experience true vulnerability with other men.

You’ll rediscover the nourishing power of brotherhood—learning to form connections free from judgment, competition, or fear.

We’ll explore how to move beyond the societal expectations of manhood and what masculinity can look like when it’s rooted in compassion, creativity, and authenticity.

‘‘

Within about 5 seconds of meeting Luis, I remember my nervous system relaxing into calm spaciousness.

He weaves together loving compassion, somatic attunement, and skillful inquiry in a way that makes the present moment feel vibrant and accessible.

This helps me step more fully into my deep work process. It encourages me to navigate the shadow parts of myself that I usually want to hide from the world. I've always felt seen and honored by Luis when sharing vulnerable truths in men's circles.

In the space Luis holds for himself and others, I feel safer in my body. It's inspiring and has been profoundly helpful for my journey of nurturing and loving my whole being.

What You Will Be Learning Monthly

Month 1:

Breaking Through Masculine Stereotypes & Opening to Emotions

We’ll begin by exploring the roles and stereotypes around masculinity that have been handed down through culture and family.

Together, we’ll start to release those constricting beliefs so you can experience a deeper connection to your emotions.

This journey will open up space to feel and express emotions that have been buried under layers of societal expectations.

Month 2:

Repairing Puberty’s Impact on Sexuality & Intimacy

Puberty shapes the way we relate to our bodies, sexuality, and intimacy for life.

In this month, we’ll unpack the lasting effects of those early years—especially how pornography and cultural norms influenced our relationship with sexuality.

This exploration creates room for healing, leading to a more grounded sense of connection and intimacy.

Month 3:

Reconnecting with Male Intimacy & Somatic Tantra

We’ll rediscover the power of platonic male intimacy—something many of us have been disconnected from.

Alongside this, we’ll introduce somatic tantra practices that guide us in moving sexual energy through the body, helping us reconnect with ourselves without shame or judgment.

This month helps rebuild a sense of brotherhood and allows sexual energy to be experienced as a creative and nurturing force.

Month 4:

Embracing the Feminine &
Masculine Within

This month, we explore both the feminine and masculine energies that live within us.

You’ll begin to nurture both energies without the weight of societal judgments, understanding them not as opposites but as complementary forces that move through your body and life.

This exploration brings balance, allowing you to express both aspects of yourself more fully and without fear.

Month 5:

Releasing Judgments & Defenses

Our judgments and defenses often hide tender, unexpressed parts of ourselves.

This month, we’ll gently explore what’s behind those judgments and begin to release them, creating more room for vulnerability and connection.

Through this work, we learn to trust ourselves and others more deeply, letting go of the need to protect and defend.

Month 6:

Integrating & Continuing the Path

As our time together comes to a close, we’ll reflect on the growth and healing we’ve experienced.

We’ll explore what’s still emerging, what might need more attention, and how to continue integrating these practices into your life. You’ll have the chance to carry this work forward, continuing your journey of self-discovery and connection.

Your guides for
this journey…

My personal journey with male identity has been strained and strange. This makes me a unique facilitator for men because I relate to straight men, queer men, and trans men with many experiences.

I am thrilled to create a safe, nurturing, and intimate space for men to connect and practice being witnessed in their vulnerability by other men.

I have organized and facilitated men’s groups for several years and now I’m offering a virtual one so men from all over the world can gather together and begin healing, sharing, and feeling - in the presence of other men.

I know from private practice how much trauma men experience but rarely process. Porn, sexual trauma, the burden of masculinity and what we expect from it, body shame, and more.

Together we’ll create a safe space to weave our stories, desired healing intentions, and begin applying somatic practices to recover from, and heal, any internalized hyper-masculine concepts or behaviors that no longer suit us.

Steven

My name is Steven and I'm excited to be a supportive presence for our upcoming journey together. I practice the philosophy that healing is a relational experience and I look forward to learning and unlearning, weaving and transforming with you.

My intention is to model vulnerability, courage, and intimacy in a way that helps the container we build feel safe and full of possibility. I believe that when we step through fear, we find love. The love that was always there but may have been forgotten along the way.

Zach

Transmuting his core wound of not being seen and not feeling a sense of belonging, into his core passion, Zach has set on a path to hold space for those open to explore their inner selves and where their bodies may be holding the past.

A space to be seen in all of our parts, a place to belong in all of our joys, love, discomfort, pain, shame, and the full range of the human experience. Through somatic practices, you will be guided to embody the pieces of you that are in need of integration.

Naveed

Hello, I am Naveed, or Nav. I am a somatic practitioner, group facilitator, Unshaming guide, musician, herbalist, and Kaiut yoga teacher. My practices draw from the intelligence of our natural environment and the wisdom of our bodies (our inner nature). I walk the walk and let my work live my bones, my music, my sounds and moans, and in my movement. Unshaming and parts work are my favorite shamanic practices to relate to the beings that live inside me and others.

Colin

Hi I’m Colin. I’m here in a supportive role, to provide presence, compassion, and containment for those of you that show up in the calls and on Circle forum. All of your parts are welcome here. I will strive to witness you and hold you in your experience without judgement, so that you can safely find your edges and build your capacity for sensation and relationship. Building somatic capacity is like my martial art :-) Intentional spaces like this men’s group are perfect training grounds and playgrounds for leaning into scary feelings and learning how to navigate uncomfortable dynamics.

What does for men mean?

In this container, we’re working with biology. This means the approach is attuned to bodies that have experienced a natural influx of testosterone while growing up. Straight men and queer men are all welcome.

This group is not open to trans men simply because the curriculum is largely developed around growing up in a male body, having a penis, and male puberty.

I am also looking for people who can commit and be available at least once a month, in order to maintain the integrity and sacredness of the work we’re doing together. If you cannot commit to being with the group for 6 consecutive months, this might not be the right container.

I have come to see that men have a…

deep need and ability to nurture.

The primary trauma in men, that tends to lead to what we see as “toxic masculine traits” comes from never being taught how to navigate our suddenly testosterone-filled bodies.

This group lets us develop, reclaim, and work with the parts of us that were lost during puberty, sexualization, and adulthood.

Inside our bodies is natural androgyny, desires to nurture, protect, hold, and be held. We have the capacity to meet other men and bodies with open hearts.

Once we’re given the chance, we can become a beautiful presence for ourselves and for those around us.
