HLN Membership:
Learn, Continue Practicing & Relate
Join a circle of people from around the world who are building an online culture together — one of somatics, whole food nutrition, and healing through self-relating.
A new lifestyle emerges when this work is consistently practiced.
Together we create and weave a beautiful tapestry through shared experience and common language that starts to express and expand into tangible, physical experiences.
Fundamentally this is a chance to…
Co-create a newculture for yourself
This membership space was created with the intention of building an online space for ongoing support, education, integration, and practices within a collective.
When many nervous systems come together, even virtually, a greater capacity is created in the shared space that allows us to explore painful, joyful, triggering, and new topics with less overwhelm through collective support.
This space allows us to connect in a somatic, trauma-informed, moderated setting. Weekly live sessions, smaller sharing circles, exercises, and other practitioners who help us deepen into this work will make up the roots of this landscape that we are co-creating.

Every Thursday, alternating 12pm and 3pm ET. Our Sacred Circles are informal gatherings where we can commune with people who have a shared language about trauma and a curiosity to understand themselves.
Topics we discuss may include (but certainly aren't limited to):
- Reflecting on the Monday lecture/workshop
- Sharing our personal explorations or journeys
- Asking for insight or feedback from others
- Seeking to understand or explore current events
In this space, we'll follow the flow of our energy and see where the conversation takes us. Meetings are unrecorded.
-
Every Friday, alternating 3pm and 6pm ET. The weekly Thaw Out is an opportunity to defrost together over the projects that make us freeze, the tasks we're currently frozen over, or the things we never make time for.
The goal is to expand our capacity to move through freeze with each meeting, whether that includes paperwork, finances, cleaning, food prep -- or reading, journaling, meditation, and artwork.
Bring your projects or intentions and let's thaw out together. These meetings are unrecorded.
-
The Tuesday nearest each new moon, at 4pm ET, we'll host a 90-minute space where we can explore different rituals or ceremonies to welcome and kick-off the next moon cycle.
Some of these events will be led by Luis and we also invite guest speakers to join. These events are recorded.
-
Full Moon Sunday Brunches are a 60-minute space at 12pm ET nearest to the Full Moon. Bring your meal, your snacks, and/or just yourself to socialize, share, and celebrate.
Trauma healing can be fun and it is important we remember joy is a resource. In these brunches, we engage through activities like show & tell, communal mimicry, and receiving gratitude! These events are recorded.
-
These somatically-informed sound healing group sessions are offered monthly by Evan Adams (https://www.emeraldlightsoundhealing.com/). The sound and music can help take you into your body - especially good for people who are often in their heads. These are recorded, and replays are available.
‘‘ I used to think that the opposite of depression was joy and I used to dream of one day being joyous; that is until I joined the HLN community.
Now, I dream of expression, which I now know is the true opposite of depression.
Through the presencing, the co-regulation and the wisdom of Luis, the HLN team and the rainbow of souls that make up the greater community, I am learning to live that dream, my life of full expression. ,,

This Membership Gives You An Opportunity To…
Be a part of a passionate, empowered, & trauma-informed circle of peers.
You will get access to a Moderated, easy to use discussion forum that makes it possible for you to Introduce yourselves to one another, share experiences, steps on your journey, and all the rest of what we love to do and be when we’re together, being human.
Chat with other people around the world that are not looking to complain or dwell in their pain, but transmute it through the magic of somatics and community.
Make your ongoing trauma healing actually fun and exciting, while also supportive and relational.
With the combined power of beautiful and caring minds working together, relating in real time, over what’s really coming up for us…
Everyone is dedicated to creating an abundance of support and loving accountability in a way that keeps you engaged.
Begin to explore what a new culture can look and feel like.
Somatic practices, though effective and gaining popularity, are still counter-cultural. Most people do not live their day to day lives with somatics.
This is why our membership is so important because it helps you normalize and habitualize these practices so that they become second nature.
You’re no longer the weird one at the dinner table holding your chest and taking a deep breath - we’re all the weird ones together.
‘‘ I’m so curious what this space will inspire in you…’’
— Leia M, Conscious Money Coach
Recovering from trauma & stress with others…
…reminds us all that trauma is natural, that we are not broken, and that it’s far easier to do it together than alone.
Intentions for This Space…
This online membership space is meant to be a continuation and deepening of what you learned during your time in the 7-week course.
As we all set off on this journey – I welcome you to deepen your knowledge and stay as connected as you wish to be.
The intention of this space is to create community support around real-time topics — such as collective trauma from current or worldwide events — and continue integrating somatic work into your daily life.
It is not intended to be a replacement for therapy or medical treatment, but it can be an incredible complement to it.
The Collective
The HLN Membership was created with the intention of building a trauma-informed container for ongoing exploration, education, integration, and practices within a collective.
The HLN Community is only open to those who have completed the HLN 7-Week Course and we only open membership two times a year.
The HLN Community is where practices shared in the course become culture. People join from around the world throughout the week for:
4-5 live sessions each week to learn & practice.
Q&As, lectures from Luis or guest teachers, and fun rituals.
Support from the HLN team via our private online platform
Replays, if the live events don’t align with your schedule.

You can’t create new culture alone…
It takes time, consistency, and practice with others.
We tend to work through our trauma privately or alone – and while that is an important piece of the puzzle, after being in private practice for a decade, I've seen healing accelerate in community spaces in an incredible way, and that’s something I want us to experience together.
