I’m Luis Mojica…

…a New York-based Somatic Educator & Nutritionist who teaches people how to find safety in themselves.

Healing is what happens when the relationship between your body, your thoughts, and your environment is nurturing.

The relationship between you and your body is a somatic and spiritual experience. My intention is not to “be healthy” anymore but to live in a way that is congruent, nurturing, and kind to myself, my body, and others. I can then allow health to unfurl from that grounded place within me.

I found my path to a more flexible nervous system through somatic practices, whole foods nutrition, and an ongoing conversation with the body that transformed both my process and results around trauma recovery.

The more I listen to what the body is telling me through sensations, the simpler it is to follow. This has helped with things like saying no, setting boundaries, speaking my truth, knowing what I want, and asking for what I need.

I love teaching people around the world these tools and practices to understand themselves through a more embodied perspective.
