How To Be Okay With Being Disliked

This workshop is a follow-up to Luis' last workshop at Maha Rose on How To Stop People Pleasing.

When you've spent all your time people-pleasing or fawning, you have effectively avoided being disliked and disappointing people.

One way we can be sure to stop fawning is to get comfortable with disagreement.

To be okay with not being liked.

This workshop will dive deep into conflict resolution work through the somatic lens of what Luis calls "Tending To Rupture".

This process will teach you how to hold big sensations that come up from relational issues and difficult public discourse so that you can stay true to yourself while also respecting someone else's experience.

For more information on fawning, you can buy Luis’ most recent webinar on fawning or listen to his free podcast episode on fawning right here.
