Join Luis & the HLN team as we explore how fawning, specifically sexual fawning, impacts the body in seen and unseen ways. Fawning is a common trauma response for most humans — a conscious or unconscious performance we do to protect ourselves — but sexual fawning can be even more complex, and harder to talk about.
This will be a space to learn about how sexual fawning affects your sex life, your relationships, your body, and your boundaries. Some people might not even know this response is part of their intimate relatonship(s), and others might understand but don’t know how to transform it.
Together we will dive into sexual fawning through a somatic lens and learn how this response can lead to relational ruptures and shame spirals. We’ll bring in somatic practices for connecting and listening to the body along with demos and a Q&A.
This 90-minute live webinar is on January 14th at 4:30pm EST. Everyone who registers will get a downloadable replay after the event concludes. (This event is free for all HLN Community Membership members.)
